Not only did they arrange to tow my vehicle but they made sure I didn't miss my flight. No hassles, no wait, and when I returned from my mini-vacation, my car was ready to go. Like it NEVER happened. Last year when my daughter backed into my 2007 Tahoe we took our car to Bowling Green Lincoln Autos Body Shop to have the repair done. Their body shop department did a great job fixing the Tahoe flawlessly. The Body Shop even managed to match my bright white perfectly to the rest of the SUV. When the body repair was done I could not tell where the damage was done. This year when my other daughter had the misfortune of a car accident I knew we were definitely going back to Bowling Green Lincoln Autos for car body repair. “About a week ago, I came in for my car's 60,000 mile check up. I was nervous cause the news I usually get from these always tells me a laundry list of things I need to buy or my car will break down. Bowling Green didn't attempt to scare me like most service shops. They let me know a few things that they thought I should do while I was there but they also informed me of upcoming service I should probably consider next time I get my oil changed. They didn't try to up-sell me anything I didn't need and it was a relief. Thanks for making my visit a pleasant one and I'll be sure to have my front tires looked at next time I come in :)” - Mel M.
